Ginawa ko ito nung sobrang busy ko pa as a CPA and applicable din siya ngayon na busy pa rin as a business owner and first time mom ng isang toddler. 1. Set a long term goal for yourself anchored sa iyong big why. For me, gusto kong maging healthy long term para masabayan ko ang energy ng anak ko habang lumalaki siya. 2. Check the most available time na meron pwedeng mag-alaga sa anak mo. In my case sa gabi kung saan magaan na ang work and marami nang tao sa bahay. Kaya for me ang goal ko is 5 after 5. At least 5km a day after 5 (am or pm). 3. Decide to do it consistently. 30mins to 45mins a day equals 120 to 180 hours a year can make a huge difference sa katawan natin. 4. Monitor your food intake and make sure consistent din ang paginom mo ng food supplements. Para kahit pagod ang katawan, kayang kaya pa rin makapagworkout daily. Mine is Sante Barley and Daily C, plus protein shake from time to time. 5. No need for expensive running / jogging gear. I only have one running shoes. Yung openshokz is borrowed from hubby. And the iwatch is bigay sa akin. Just start. And along the way it’s up to you if you want to splurge. Ang importante, simulan mo. That’s it for now!
