Buffalo chicken sheet pan dinner! This might rival my moms meatloaf, and thats saying a lot! Buffalo chicken meatloaf: 1 bag baby potatoes 1 bag or head of broccoli 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp garlic powder Salt and black pepper 2 lbs ground chicken 1 Lipton soup packet 2 green onions diced 3 tbsp buffalo sauce( this is pretty mild so do 4-5 tbsp if you like a more moderate buffalo flavor) 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt ( you could sub cottage cheese) 3 tbsp plain Greek yogurt 1 tbsp ranch seasoning Mix potatoes and broccoli and back at 425 for 10 minutes then add meatloaf to the middle and bake at 375 for 35 minutes then take out and sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 3 minutes until melted #sheetpandinner #greekyogurt #healthyrecipes #easyrecipe #mealprepideas #fyp #foodvideos #weeknightdinner #dinnerideas #healthydinner #buffalochicken #meatloaf
