Creamy, mayo free, ranch dressing! Higher Protein Calzone...in the AIR FRYER! This might be the best thing I have ever made in the air fryer, no joke it was THAT good! Also each calzone has 33 grams of protein which is a huge bonus! 1 cup all purpose flour 1/5 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 1 cup blended low fat cottage cheese 1/4 cup low fat mozzarella shredded cheese 2 tbsp pizza sauce 4 ounces ground chicken cooked mix the flour, baking powder, salt and cottage cheese together to form a dough and then seperate into two balls. Flatten out into a disk and fill one side with half of the cheese, sauce and chicken. Roll the sides up and cut a small slit at the topand then spray the top with avocado oil and plae in the air fryer at 350 for 14-15 minutes, let it sit for 8 minutes before cutting open!!
