Imagine you have 200 agents in the Philippines 🇵🇭 that you hired to work for under one of the Fortune 500 contracts you secured at $22/HR & your agents service a minimum of 40 hours/ week. You’re paying your agents in the Philippines $4-5/HR VS paying someone in America $20+/HR & they aren’t necessarily satisfied with even that. If we do the math that’s a $17-$18 profit VS $2 profit. Jamaica I pay my agents $8/HR , Dominican Republic $6/HR, Belize $11/HR , Philippines $4-$5/HR.
