I realise that ive been in burnout for a very long time, but it never feels the right time to around me to start trying to come out of it. I try to set boundaries and put safe spaces in place, but i always end up overwhelmed and masking because i take up too much space, energy and time. I wish i was alone so at least i didnt have to bother people with needs.
