Ingredients for 2 2 Salmon Filets 4 Cups of Spinach 1/2 of an Avocado Cubed 1 English Cucumber Halved and sliced 1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes Halved 8-10 Jalepeno Slices 1/4 Cup Radishes Thinly Sliced Salt and Pepper Olive Oil Marinade for Salmon 1/4 Cup Olive Oil 1/4 Cup Chopped Cilantro 1 Tbsp Honey 1 Lime Juiced 1 tsp Cumin 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper Creamy Avocado Dressing 1/2 of an Avocado Cubed 3 Tbsp Chopped Cilantro 2 Cloves Garlic 1 Lime Juiced 1 tsp Honey 5 oz. Greek Yogurt 2 Tbsp Water 2 Tbsp Olive oil Pinch of salt Pinch of cayenne Black Pepper Season salmon filets with salt and pepper. Mix all marinade ingredients together and place salmon filets flesh side down into the marinade. Set aside in the fridge for 30 minutes.
