8 years ago i walked into an easter sunday service and truly heard the gosepl for the first time. hearing about the death of Jesus in a joyful way really confused me. how could people be so JOYFUL about someone dying. it made no sense. thats where i truly started to seek out my faith. what was this hope i was missing out on in my life. the bible says when we seek we find. and as i sought God i found Him. in those moments of seeking i realized my life, even though i thought i was doing great - was filled with voids that i was using the world to fill and fix. using men, s3x, partying etc. it was really hard to let go and realize, hey maybe im wrong. maybe all these things arent good for me. and as soon as i did that i encountered goodness Himself. Jesus saved me from MYSELF. you are never to far gone to come running to the fathers arms. seek first the kingdom of God and HIS righteousness and everything else will be added to you. #foryou #viral
