A few tips and tricks I’ve learned…⬇️ 1: make sure the base layer of paint is dry. Wet paint will blend with the paint you add for your texture/details and will blur out your intentions. 2: same with your brush. Keep it dry. Load paint to the tip of the brush and scrub over the surface. No need to wash when changing colors. Use as much paint that’s on the brush and then dip into your new color. This will integrate the new color with the previous one without over blending. 3: be patient and trust the process. This takes a lot of layering to get the look you’re going for. Don’t rush the process and don’t judge it either. It’s not going to look how you want at the start or at the middle. Just breathe, keep going and it will get there. #drybrushing #paintingtechniques #tipsandtricks
