Philly steak and cheese egg rolls. Season ribeye with lots of MaD Seasoning, garlic, butter and brown sugar, add some peppers and onions. Cook until sauce gets sticky. Roll up in an egg roll wrapper with mozz cheese. Use egg wash to act as the glue. Fry until shell is crispy. Serve with Mae Ploy sweet chili sauce…..enjoy. #madseasoning
