11 Years old! How is this dog 11 years old already!! Our Queen of the house! The Demander of Food! The Snuggle Bug! The Fluffy Land Cloud! Our sweet Memphis turns 11 years old today! She is doing pretty darn good for an 11 year old pup! This past month was a whirlwind of adventure for her! She got to go do her favorite thing, and get snuggled at 3 expos during the month of March! What a day we had with the dogs yesterday! We got to take the dogs to Washington DC, during the Cherry Blossom Bloom! Now we knew that the Cherry Blossoms were a big deal in DC, but we thought we were far to early to be able to see any of it. Everyone who came to see us at the Expo was telling us we had to go see the flowers! So we had Monday to sight see, and we took the dogs to DC to have some fun, and oh my goodness, it was amazing! Yes there were a lot of people, and there is a lot of noise in a busy city, but the dogs did amazing! We hiked almost 10 miles, and YES, even Memphis did it! The dogs saw the White House! I will post more photos later. What a fun way to round out the trip! It's day two of the Super pet expo in Chantilly. Happy Birthday 🎉🎂🎉 Ice Princess Kira! Kira turns 5 years old today and I can't believe that this dog is actually five. Time sure flies! She's definitely living up to her ice princess name and as she gets older she even gets a little bit more finicky with things so she's turning more and more into a diva every single day. But honestly we wouldn't trade it for nothing! She's also a super sweet girl who really loves everybody. And for her birthday this year we're taking her to Virginia to the Super pet expo!
