Replying to @Liz in my opinion, we tend to have such a toxic work culture, that being “mediocre” here inthe United States is literally just doing your job description. So many people take on extra work, kill themselves for their role/company, I think it’s important to talk about how we differ in our attitude towards work, and comparison with other parts of the world ##corporate##american##culturaldifferences
