LEG DAY DETAILS ⬇️ 1. Deadlifts 4 x 8-12 heavy 2. Leg press 4 x 10-12 3. Bulgarian split squats 3 x 10-12 4. Leg extension 3 sets with 3 dropsets till failure on each. The first set of drop set aim for 6 reps and on the second two aim for 8 reps each then rest & repeat 5.
