My daughters have this saying to “shut the house down” especially after a ton of school work and overstimulation. Lilac has autism and hates that I keep the light on…..we fight over this routine every night. And when i say fight i habe to pull her hands off my bright lamp and she fights to put them back on, not understanding just cause I am up doesn’t mean I habe to sit in the dark if she is sleeping in the other room. So to redirect her……I hope a more soothing light will be a good choice. I think this is perfect!
