Replying to @Ari 🍒 unsafe staffing is why I will never work as a nurse in Florida again🫡 SB376 the "Florida Patient Protection Act" was proposed last fall in the Florida senate & sadly was struck down in the health policy committee on 3/8/24. Safe staffing legislation needs to be placed on the ballot in EVERY state in order for patients to be safely cared for by nursing staff.
