In 2 months I lost over 50lbs went weeks without sleep, my skin turned yellow and my eyes soulless. Never have I been sick for that long before. It was just the beginning of an year plus long journey of almost constant nausea. Still on the final end of healing some things years later.. For almost every waking hour I was so nauseous my dreams became that as well. My eyes were so sensitive a surge protector turned a dark room light. Took over a year of doctors testing for almost everything to find what was wrong after they told me many times nothing was wrong.. Lots of people I was close to didn’t even believe me because doctors couldn’t find anything. When all this happened I was a year into armwrestling and I couldn’t even live that goal nor dream about it as was too nauseas to even leave bed most days. Long story short every single day I would close my eyes and imagine myself armwrestling on the biggest stage there was and that image in my head kept me going everyday. I was no one in the armwrestling world and to most arm wrestlers I still am. Never thought to post about my issues in the past cause I don’t need pity and I still don’t. What I went through was a very rough time of fighting to keep down 100 calories a day, fighting from going crazy from not even remembering my name or where I was some mornings. Yes I lost my Debut match at King of the Table but I fkn won the fight of not giving up on my goal. It kept me alive and going everyday. On February 24th, it came to life. Everyone goes through their own challenges and struggles, some much worse than mine. Always have a goal and keep fighting. You can never lose if you never give up.
