Say “YUM” if you would eat these Healthy, High Protein Cinnamon Sticks 🥨😋 Ingredients: 1/4 cup Greek yogurt 1/2 cup almond flour, see notes below 1/4 cup sweetener, I used truvia 2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp baking powder For the coating: 2 tbsp butter, melted 2 tbsp sweetener 1/2 tsp cinnamon How to make them: 1. Mix all ingredients and knead the dough for a few minutes. 2. Roll into fry shaped sticks, spray with oil & bake @ 325F for 15-20 minutes. 3. While they cool down, melt your butter and in a separate bowl mix your cinnamon & sweetener for the coating. 4. Toss the sticks in the butter & cinnamon sweetener. Enjoy! For an easy frosting you can just mix 1/4 cup powdered sweetener with 1 tbsp milk, adjusting for desired thickness Pro tip: You may need to add a lot more almond flour, so adjust the amount until the dough can be kneaded into a firm ball

Add everything bagel, pepperoni & air fry on parchment paper @ 400F for 10 minutes. Serve with marinara and enjoy! This recipe is super easy and sooo delicious! Say “YUM” if you would eat these Healthy Fruit Roll Ups 🍓 Ingredients: 2 cups strawberries Juice of 1/2 a lemon Optional: 1/4 cup sweetener How to make them: 1. Blend all ingredients. 2. Bring to a boil for 10 minutes. 3. Spread evenly on a parchment lined baking sheet. 4. Bake @ 170F for 3-4 hours. (Until no longer sticky to the touch) 5. Carefully peel between the original parchment paper and another piece. Slice into whatever shapes you prefer, roll them up & enjoy! By the way.. You can do this with any fruit and they taste so delicious 😋🙌 Pro tips: If you want to skip the boiling step, you totally can but it will take 6-7 hours in the oven instead of 3-4. 👍 If your oven doesn’t go down to 170, a lot of oven style air fryers have a dehydrate setting that goes to 170°F.
