Throughout TSW I have lost all the muscle! My posture is horrible and I can hardly hold a pen so its time to do a little body weight exercise 💪 So grateful to be able to have the freedom in my skin to do this. Before now the cuts and abrassions all over my skin were to painful to even move my neck left or right so this is MASSIVE!! Please excuse the yelping, it burned 🔥🔥🔥
