So today, i asked her husband. And he was craving her spinach artichoke chicken. I made it with a twist (she’d eye roll and giggle knowing i would of course have to make it ‘fancy’). 🪽 spinach artichoke chicken orzo recipe — 1-2 lb chicken thighs, boneless salt & pepper (about 1 tbsp per lb) 1 tbsp paprika 1 tbsp garlic powder 2-3 tbsp olive oil 1 onion, diced garlic cloves, minced 1 jar artichoke hearts (in water, quartered) 1 handful spinach 2 cups chicken broth (bone broth for extra protein) 1 cup heavy cream or coconut milk 1/4 cup parm reggiano, freshly grated if possible optional: dollop of cream fraiche 8oz orzo + preheat oven 400F + in a bowl, season your chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder + in a well-olive oiled cast iron, sear chicken thighs each side for 2-3 minutes (it will finish cooking in the oven). set chicken aside. + in same pan with all the yummy chicken bits, add onion and garlic mix. saute until soft. + add artichoke hearts and spinach, cook down until wilted + add broth + heavy cream + cream fraiche + parm + add orzo + bake at 400F for 10-12 minutes #onepotmeals #orzorecipe #spinachartichokchicken #spinachartichokdip #easyrecipes #cookingathome #chickenrecipe #dinnerideas #familymeals #familydinnerideas

30-ish minute rotisserie chicken phở tonight 🍲 i’ve been doing low carb things during the weekdays and tried palmini as a rice noodle alternative, actually turned out really good! + 1 large onion, charred lightly + 2 pieces of ginger, charred lightly + phở spice kit (3 star anise, 1 cinnamon stick, 1/2 tbsp coriander seeds, 1/2 tsp fennel seeds, 5 cloves, 1 black cardamom) + 2 qts chicken bone broth + 1 rotisserie chicken, meat aside + bones in broth + 3 tbsp sugar or rock sugar + 1/4 cup fish sauce + salt to taste + rice noodles or @Palmini_Official for lower carb! + toppings: lime, cilantro, white onion, bean sprouts + sauces: hoisin and sriracha + combine aromatics, chicken bones, onion, ginger, spices, sugar, fish sauce, salt in pressure cooker + pressure cook on high for 20 minutes, venting slowly (not quick release) + top with chicken and all the goodies #pho #phorecipe #rotisseriechickenpho #chickenpho #easypho #instantpotrecipes #souprecipe #gardentok #gardenboxes #diygardenboxes

copycat carbone spicy rigatoni 🌶️ pasta night at Ben’s house while he plays around in the band room recipe: 2 tbsp EVOO 1 package of pasta 1 onion + garlic cloves, diced/minced 3 tbsp calabrian chilies 8oz tomato paste 3/4 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup pasta water, salted like the sea 1 cup parm reggiano s&p 2 tbsp butter finish with basil leaf + more parm *i used @Palmini_Official pasta alternative for my portion: reserve some sauce and stir in + get your pasta water boiling & salted (like the sea) + in a large skillet, add EVOO and garlic/onion saute until soft + add calabrian chili and tomato paste, cook and stir often for about 4-5 minutes + add pasta water and stir a bit more + reduce heat and add heavy cream and parm, stir to combine + add al dente pasta and stir in butter for a nice gloss #pastanight #carbone #vodkapasta #boyfriendshouse #greenkitchencabinets #carbonerecipe #cookingathome #pastadatenight
