Posting this in case people have more ideas or comparisons. Starts with small intermittent pain yelps and then escalates without treatment. So far MRI, spinal tap, disease panel shows no major spine issue, no disease, no meningitis, slightly elecated CSF protein and slight tissue inflammation in trochanter area.
