HAPPY EARTH DAY🌎💪 - Meet Andy Lamont! The founder of Do Your Part Recycling, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Andy founded DYP in 2018 after his local government halted its recycling program and the operation has grown considerably since. To date, DYP has saved more than 250,000 pounds of recycling from reaching a landfill. In other words, Andy stepped up. And he has stepped up every day for the last 6 years. DYP has grown so much that his entire town depends on him and his team for all recycling needs. He ain’t afraid to get his hands dirty either. Whether it’s sorting, baling, or cleaning, he does it all for his community. Plus, he does most of it without ever setting foot on the ground because he rides Onewheel to get around his facility.
