Would you try this BLACK BEAN brownies?! 😳🍫 Never would I have thought I’d jump on the black bean brownie trend but after my chickpea blondies, I had to try it… review at the end! Ingredients 1 can black beans (drained and rinsed really well) 1/2 cup oats 2 tbsp cocoa powder 2 tbsp almond butter 1/4 cup maple syrup 1/4 cup coconut sugar or regular sugar 2 tbsp almond milk (or milk of choice) Pinch salt 1/2 tsp baking powder Chocolate chips to mix in + more for topping Blend together all ingredients in a blender or food processor (except chocolate chips). Stir in chocolate chips. Transfer batter to a parchment paper-lined dish. Spread evenly throughout dish, top with more chocolate chips and bake at 350F for about 18 minutes. HEALTHY cookie dough bark 🍪🍪 Ingredients 1 cup almond flour 2 tbsp almond butter (or nut butter of choice) 2 tbsp coconut oil (melted) 2 tbsp coconut sugar 1 tbsp milk 1 tsp vanilla 1 pinch sea salt Chocolate chips (measure with the ❤️) Mix together all cookie dough ingredients except chocolate chips. Stir in chocolate chips. Form into 1 large cookie dough ball. Place on a parchment paper-lined tray and flatten Add another 1/2 cup chocolate chips and 1 tsp coconut oil to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, microwave another 15 seconds and stir again. Repeat until fully melted Spread melted chocolate onto cookie dough bark. Top with sea salt.
