Last night we had to say goodbye to my sweet little friend Kam. Since he was born Kam has fought a long ,courageous battle with a very rare disease . Before he left us, this little hero donated some of his organs to help save the lives of many other kids. I was honored to escort Kam and his family on his Walk Of Honor through the halls of the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital . Kam is a hero and he’s no longer in pain. Sending all of my prayers and love to his family, friends, and the drs. RIP my friend. I’ll meet you in heaven one day! ❤️DIXIE. I’m so sad to share this heartbreaking news but after courageously battling a very rare disease his entire life, my very sweet little buddy, Kam, will be leaving us this evening. His family has decided that they will donate Kams organs that will save the lives of many other children. This afternoon I will be headed to the children’s hospital in Cincinnati to escort Kam on his donor walk through the hospital. What an honor it will be for me to walk with my friend one more time as we say goodbye to him . Kam is a hero.
