Replying to @Wzapata74 Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers Meal Prep✨️ Do yourself a favor and try these delicious little bites🤤 Ingredients⬇️ 2 chicken breast (3 oz per serving) 1tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp plain Greek yogurt 1/2 tbsp Cajun seasoning 1 tsp Garlic & herb seasoning 1 tsp Black pepper 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese 1 tsp Paprika 4 cups broccoli 2 cups brown rice Garlic parmesan sauce: 1/4 cup unsalted butter, lightly melted 1 tbsp minced garlic 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp red pepper flakes 2 tbsp lightly dried parsley Instructions: -Preheat your broiler on high heat. -In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, yogurt, and seasonings -Add the chicken chunks to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated -Thread the chicken onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece. -Place the skewers on the prepared baking sheet and place it under the broiler. -Broil the chicken skewers for about 6-8 minutes, then carefully flip them over using tongs. -Continue to broil for another 6-8 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is golden and bubbly. -Once done, remove the skewers from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving. -Brush garlic parmesan sauce over chicken skewers evenly until fully coated and enjoy! #mealprepideas #mealprep #mealprepping #mealprepweightloss #mealpreprecipes #garlicparmesan #easyrecipe
