I’ve never made a TikTok Shop video before, and honestly, I hesitated to do so—unless I really found value in the product. These are the 3 most noticeable benefits I’ve seen over tbe last 2 weeks: 1️⃣ Lymphatic Drainage: The gentle vibrations stimulate your lymphatic system, helping flush out excess fluids and reduce bloating. I lost a couple of pounds of water weight and noticed it around my midsection💧 2️⃣ Motility support 💩 : the vibrations promote natural muscle movements in your gut (peristalsis), supporting digestion and relieving constipation! 3️⃣ Anxiety Relief: The most surprising benefit in my opinion! I used this on days I felt on edge and instantly felt relief. The vibrations activate the vagus nerve, which shifts you into a parasympathetic state, and giving you a sense of calm🧘♀️✨ If you’re looking for a simple way to support your lymphatic system, digestion, and mental well-being, this could be a great addition to your wellness routine 😊 #LymphaticDrainage #ConstipationRelief #AnxietySupport #VibrationPlate #VagusNerve #StressRelief #GutHealth #WellnessRoutine #SelfCare #HealthHack #TikTokShop #tiktokshopfinds

The Low FODMAP diet is a short-term solution for easing digestive issues like bloating and cramps, especially for those with SIBO. However, it's absolutely not meant to be followed long-term. Eating a restrictive diet like this for more than a couple months at a time could lead to nutrient deficiencies, further imbalances of the gut microbiome and caused excessive social and mental stress. The Low FODMAP diet is a tool during treatment but it is not a fix/cure in itself. #lowfodmap #sibo #dysbiosis #guthealth

Replying to @Irissey 🦄 comprehensive stool analysis testing is always going to be a great place to start 💛 this will give you the information you need in order to figure out what to do next. Treatment is very individualized and depends on what your symptoms are and whats CAUSING those symptoms. Hope this helps! #guthealth #stooltesting #microbiome #dysbiosis

True story: my mom was having severe abdominal pain for years, causing her to retire early. We went to several doctors and the only option they gave her was to resect (cut off) part of her colon, with no guarantee that it would actually take the pain away. She was so desperate for relief that she considered it. I was only in my 2nd year of medical school at the time but made it my mission to prevent this from happening. It took time, but it paid off. She still has her colon and is living her life happily 😊 #guthealth #diverticulitis #inflammation #colonresection
