On April 9, 2024, police responded to a 911 call in Indianapolis Indiana, regarding an unresponsive child. Police arrived to find 5 year old Kinsleigh Welty cowered in the corner of a room, extremely malnourished. Kinsleigh was covered in bite marks, feces, and lice. Unfortunately, Kinsleigh passed away shortly after arriving to the hospital.
