Here’s the recipe for these! 🍒Cheerwine Cheesecake Sugar Cookie Cups🍒 Ingredients 1 package of sugar cookie dough 1 can Cherry pie filling 8oz cream cheese 1/2 cup sugar 1 tsp vanilla 2 tbsp Cheerwine syrup 1/2 cup cool whip Instructions 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees 2 Press each piece of cookie dough into a greased mini muffin pan. Using your thumb or a round tablespoon, press into the middle to make a slight bowl shape. 3 Bake for about 15-16 minutes. 4 Allow to cool for a couple minutes in the pan and then move to a cooling rack. 5 Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the sugar, vanilla, and Cheerwine syrup. Continue mixing for 3-5 minutes. 6 Fold in the cool whip. 7 Spoon or pipe Cheerwine cheesecake mixture into each sugar cookie bowl. 8 Top with cherry pie filling.
