I wish I’d known this trick for my first board and batten wall! Grab any type of playing cards and use them to level out your board and batten pieces. Luckily my kids leave Pokémon cards lying around everywhere, but any will do 😂 Then just caulk and fill the gap as normal. If you skip the step, you’ll get a horrible ridge 😝 Save this for later!
