48 hours in Paris 🇫🇷 💘 I had the loveliest time so a big thank you to @L'Oreal Paris @essie @nyxcosmetics_uk @Maybelline NY @Garnier for taking me (pr trip) Keeping it real with you all, with the marathon being next week, my leg hurting and my energy levels being on the floor, I left earlier than planned! The L’Oréal girls were so lovely and accommodating so I’m v grateful to them 🫶🏼 Last night I definitely realised how harsh on myself I am and how much I don’t allow myself to be disabled. I often feel guilty asking for what I need or even admitting to myself that, yeah, I’m not as able as I once was… especially as my mindset has got me so far! There definitely does come a point where it can only take you so far when your body puts limitations on you… ✨ Regardless though, I’m so glad I went and I had the BEST time! Yesterday we had a beauty academy day and learnt about haircare, skincare, makeup, TikTok and Meta!! I learnt SO much and I was blown away by the science behind the products 🫶🏼 🤯 If you put SPF on one piece of bread and one without, put them in a toaster and see the difference !!! It shows the importance of putting SPF on every single damn dayyyy One takeaway from the trip is HOW excited it’s made me to trial so many more beauty products and see what difference they can make to my health and skin!!!
