Awlad Badi3a was SO hard to watch. The violence, the misery, it was very disturbing and draining. However, I can’t deny that it was a fantastic production. Every element from a filmmaking perspective was on-point, and the violence obviously reflected very real situations that happen in our world today. But did we need to SEE it so much?
