Transfer to a wok and cook till it thickens before adding glutinous flour. Keep stirring until intended texture, set aside. [Glutinous Rice Balls] 4) For the kulit kuih, we'll make the pandan extract which consists of water, pandan leaves, pandan and yellow colouring (optional). Blend water and pandan leaves before adding the colouring, sugar and salt. 4) In the mashed potato bowl, add in glutinous rice flour and pandan extract. Mix until it forms a dough 5) Roll into balls and create a dent in the centre, add fillings and seal well. [Sauce] 6) In a pot, add all the ingredients in and mix till it becomes thick. 7) In a pot of boiling water (salted), add in the dough balls. Tip: The balls will start to float to the surface, that's how you know it's done! 8) Mix in with the sauce and serve!
