Keeping those sleeves up can be a challenge! So then you might say, well Barb, why not just keep them down? And I’d say, because doing so draws the eyes up and helps keep them moving, potentially keeps you from creating horizontal lines, helps keep blazers or jackets from overwhelming your frame, and adds style and flair to your outfit.
