Prepare cake mix according to box instructions. Divide batter between 3 8” round pans and bake. Cool completely. Optional: Level cakes with a serrated knife to remove rounded tops of cakes.⁠ ⁠ 2. Frost and layer cake, using vanilla frosting in between each layer, using an offset spatula, cake scraper or butter knife. Frost the sides of the cake. Place into the fridge for 20-30 to chill. Remove from fridge.⁠ ⁠ 3. Unwrap Giant Smarties® and decorate the bottom of the cake by placing Giant Smarties® directly onto the cake for two layers.⁠ ⁠ 4. Unwrap Smarties® Candy Necklaces and attach to the cake side as desired to decorate. Unwrap Original Smarties® and add to the sides of the cake to decorate.⁠ ⁠ 5.
