When you finaly know your worth and value, you wont need to persuade anyone else to. You will just know, and are content with only you knowing that. And that feeling is PRICELESS! You cant be “bought” or sold. And you wont allow anyone to treat you less than your WORTH. You are worthy of being loved, admired, cared for, seen, treated with compassion, respect, and feeling SAFE. I didnt believe I was worthy of these fundamental human treatments. And so I allowed many to mistreat me, to devalue me, to abuse me. It was thanks to the practices I share here that reminded me of my worth, and what it FELT like to be loved, to feel SAFE within my own body, to have a reguated nervous system. I had to give that love to myself. Through the self love rituals I began to BLOSSOM, and people started to treat me differently, talk to me different, look at me different.
