Staycation at pulau penang Brown Hotel Penang The room and bathroom is clean. Room is equipped with water kettle, small fridge and a safe box. There is water dispenser & ironing facility on the 2nd floor. Room is cosy and comfortable enough. The staffs are polite and helpful. Really grateful to the security guard who helped us find and direct us to the parking lot. The hotel is next to a busy road and it's near a hospital, you will hear the traffic and ambulance, so if you are sensitive to noise this will probably bother you. As for nearby eateries, the hotel's cafe is closed for the time being, but Padang Brown food court is just across the road (tip: it only opens 2pm onwards), and grab food is available.
