I went a few days with absolutely no energy… it wasn’t until it had been a week that turned into two weeks that I said something ain’t right! I got labs and turns out my body needed some attention. I went and got some b12 and vitamin D injections and completely bounced back! This is the second time this has happened to me but now I fully understand why. PCOS ain’t no joke… #pcosawareness
