I’m new to talking about this with anyone that isn’t friend or family so speaking about this publicly is new to me but it most certainly is apart of my mental health journey so here we are - I wanna share my journey with you as it happens rather then hiding parts of my life and feeling shamed or gaslit by not having a diagnosis (by an already floored system that hasn’t been disigned for women) - I recommend listening to the podcast My Friend Autism to help depen you understanding of Autism it helped me understand myself and understand autism - he speaks very factually it is so helpful
