Strawberry syrup: 1 cup frozen strawberries 1/2 cup water 3 tbs sugar Simmer until thickened and then blend Cream mixture: 1 cup thickened cream (whipped) 200g mascarpone 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 tbs sugar Strawberry syrup to taste Matcha biscuits: Lady fingers Matcha whisked with water Soak the biscuits (very quickly) in the matcha Layer biscuit and cream components & dust with more matcha on top, let it set in the fridge for a few hours or ideally overnight! #matcharecipe #strawberrymatcha #tiramisu #matchadessert
