Safety foods are such a prominent aspect in how I’m even able to maintain the way that i have. It’s just also defeating that the types of specific cravings i end up having are always filled with judgement. Realizing i have arfid and also having a partner who genuinely cares if I’m just eating in general has changed so much in my own mindset 🥲❤️‍🩹
