You're alive. Isn't that motivation enough? You are only here on this earth for a blink of an eye. Do you want that time to be spent hating yourself and wallowing in self pity? OR do you want to thrive? I choose to thrive. Which means I'm going to have to do some uncomfortable things from time to time and never stop working on myself. Replying to @tbeighs what happens if you stop taking GLP-1 weight loss drugs and didn't change your habits or emotional issues? Well, you'll probably gain the weight back since you didn't address the issues that made you overweight in the first place, right? If you don't change anything.. What changes? Nothing changes if nothing changes. You MUST be working on behavorial and lifestyle change in conjunction with weight loss drugs or any other diet program/weight loss journey.
