If you’ve ever had @Core Power by fairlife then you know it’s superior. I was always curious why, so here’s a video for ya in case you’re curious as well. And no, this is not sponsored. I buy overpriced @fairlife milk and shakes like the rest of ya. #fairlife #protein #proteinshake #gymlife #wheyprotein

Reese’s PROTEIN peanut butter cups exist😳 I mean…technically they have always existed. Branding is insanely powerful, especially when it comes to health food options. By highlighting the “healthy” aspects of a food, you can truly make anything sound like a healthier option. Often times, the “healthy” option you’re choosing is no different than the “unhealthy” option you’re avoiding. So make food choices based on what YOU want, not what the packaging wants you to think. - #healthfood #reeses #healthyfood #branding #rebranding #foodlabels

I came across a video of myself working out over 7 years ago, and I realized that I used to look more muscular than I do now. That would have bothered me in the past, but now I could not care any less. I wanted to post this because when fitness is a huge part of your life, it’s easy to feel like it has to define you forever. I’ve been in the fitness social media world for a long time now, and I’ve seen SO many fitness icons and influencers undergo shifts as their lives have gone on. They’ve gotten married, had kids, pursued other passions, and often times they stop showcasing their fitness lives to the world all together. When you’re younger and fitness is your entire world, that seems impossible to comprehend. We never think that we’re just going to suddenly stop caring about our fitness goals. But our lives evolve. Things change. Maybe that change is planned, maybe it’s something out of our control. But either way, our lives DO change. I love fitness and I never plan to stop working out. I love living a healthy lifestyle and I think it’s incredibly important to do so. But being as big and strong as possible is no longer the most important thing in my life. My workouts are less intense than they used to be. I miss more workouts than I used to. I’m not on a strict macro-tracking diet the way I used to be. The results don’t come nearly as easily. And I wouldn’t have it any other way. #fitnessmotivation #fitnesslife #gymlife

I’ve rebranded these 3 in the past, but I was curious to see how they would turn out if I stripped out the buzzwords and used super minimal design instead. What do you guys think?? PS: I had to dub 2 words in this video because I said the complete wrong thing. Bonus points if you caught it. #rebrand #rebranding #foodlabel #healthysnacks
