There was a time in my life (a long time 😅) where I maintained an extremely steady and predictable state of being. . I never really got upset or angry, but at the same time I never really got hyped either 🤷‍♂️ . It wasn't until I allowed myself to fully feel the heavier emotions, that I unlocked the access to my higher states as well. . Simply put: the deeper you can go, the higher you can go ☝️ . Shadow work *is* light work ✨ . I still have many more steps to go, but it feels good to be on the right path. . What's your experience with this?
