Ever since I laid eyes on the affogato at the oldest Gelateria in Florence, @vivoli_il_gelato, I’ve wanted to figure out how to make it. Affogato is just 2 ingredients everywhere, but since they present it in such a perfect way, it just looks like it tastes better. Fascinating. So after much practice, I learned how, albeit, not as perfect as they do, but hey, I don’t make hundreds of them a day.
