But I promise you, once you shift your focus to working out to feel good, everything will change. Everything becomes lighter and comes out naturally. 3. Love what you do and enjoy the process. It doesn’t matter what kind of fitness activity you are in. As long as YOU MOVE YOUR BODY and you are simply HAVING FUN. For me, I treat the gym as my playground.
