I am reaching my backspin breaking point 🥲 My feet pronate, especially my right one, so a blade adjustment could really be just what I need. - April 5th, 2024 Have you ever had to get your blade adjusted due to pronation (foot naturally leaning inward) or supination (foot naturally leaning outward)?

I think I might get my haircutter before my layback 🤭👀 maybe not with how tight my hamstring gets when I try it though 😭😩 so glad I have friends that can help me on the ice 🥹🫶🏽 @Fred @Adultskater - April 12th, 2024 Does your hamstring get tight when you try to lift your leg behind you on ice? I don’t feel the tightness when I do spirals, but I feel it when I try a catch foot or a haircutter 🥲

I would’ve never thought! 😱⛸️ According to the TSA website in the US you’re allowed to bring your figure skates with you in your carry-on luggage on a flight! ⛸️✈️ I know in Canada you would have to check the bag so it varies by country. I like to keep my guards on when I do this so they look less threatening 😅 Traveled with my @RinkRabbit backpack for the first time this past week and I love how it has a slot for your skates and literally anything you’d ever need at the rink! I normally carry a whole suitcase to the rink, but that makes it harder for me to travel by plane or train with my skates. This is about to make traveling with my skates a whole lot easier! 😊⛸️ Use code “SOPHIA10” for 10% off at Rink Rabbit✨

My camel is so camera shy 🤭🤪🐫 but fr @Daphnie Vega was a witness to my good camel spins pre-recording, I swear 😭 glad I’m getting more comfy with them and my loop! Taking a small backspin break until I can get my blade adjusted. I don’t think it’s good for me to keep drilling the wrong way to do it into my muscle memory. - April 10th, 2024
