unwashed beach day hair, thanks to the beautiful ocean!! do i need to bottle up some of the ocean so i can have hair like this all the time, or is this my sign to move to the beach

happy to say i did not need those blue bags 😀 but always best to be prepared anyway

some things that worked for me: propranolol and dramamine and hour before flight, hot mint tea before flight and NO COFFEE!!! this one is important, coffee makes it worse. bring your own vomit bags also, it’ll give you peace of mind in case you’re feeling sick and the plane doesnt have any in the seats. download a movie you’re looking forward to watching and use noise canceling headphones
