To start your swing feel like you’re throwing the club at someone standing to your right (but obviously dont let go of the club) Putting energy into the club early helps get the club moving on track and will increase your club speed. The club should be moving fast by the top of your swing - it’s the thumbs job to slow the club down as smoothly as possible. If you “over swing” you need to start slowing the club down earlier.
