Not just because every year running this business is a blessing when many businesses are forced to shut down, but because Inoki represents and reflects my tough journey with my well-being. My mental health is at the best state it’s ever been, but that wasn’t always the case and it was a topic of shame. My life completely changed when I started unlearning things I was taught by my parents, rewiring my brain to be self-compassionate, and taking my well-being as seriously as I take running a business.
