Earth day news 🌼 The 101 is getting a new overpass, for wildlife! The Wallis Annenberg Wildlife Crossing is officially underway in Agoura Hills. Spanning 210 feet across the 101 Freeway and 165 feet wide, the project is a pioneering effort to protect wildlife in the Santa Monica Mountains ecosystem. The crossing is designed to seamlessly blend with the natural scenery, landscaped with trees and brush, mitigating sound and light disturbances, and linking habitats for mountain lions, coyotes, deer, and more, while accommodating over 300,000 cars daily. Construction will happen at night, with a completion date set for early 2025. #LA #LAbucketlist
