We can all agree that anything more (even 1% is still ideal right?!). Hypothetically, yes, however, it is important to consider that often times in order to achieve a higher SPF rating it requires more active UV filter ingredient, which in turn tends to make the product less pleasing to use (thicker, more white cast, more grease).
