Ingredients: • 1/2 cup oats • 1/2 of a ripe banana • 1 serving @promix vanilla whey protein powder • 1 tbsp maple syrup, honey or stevia (optional) • 1/4 tsp baking soda • 1/3 cup milk of choice • pinch of salt • 1/4 tsp cinnamon • 1 tbsp choc chips How to: • Add all of the ingredients except the chocolate chips to a blender. • Blend for about 15-20 seconds until smooth. • Grease a microwave safe bowl with a little butter or coconut oil and pour the batter in.
